A glossary of material codes has been compiled to provide information to customers regarding the materials that are available to make ROSEN-X garments. Not all synthetics are created equal and understanding the different features and uses of a textile can assist with the customisation and item selection process. Each specific material code is constructed as follows:
- The first two letters: Supplier Code for internal reference
- Numeral: The number of layers that are used in the textile
- The last two letters: Material and treatment abbreviations (C = Cotton, L = Laminate, M = Membrane, N = Nylon, P= Polyester, R = Ripstop, S = Spandex)
These codes can be found on each ROSEN-X product and may be used to help identify the exact material, the colours available and its weight, features and feel.
